Angela Trillo, Assistant Vice President with Bank of America and CEO of the national Amigo Center is forging new paths in Memphis to develop training and developing for the Latino community in Memphis. Partnering with Cornell University and other organizations, workforce strategies are being implemented to “upskill” individuals for the workplace in various roles needed to enhance productivity and community development.

TN SHRM Workforce Readiness Director

Dr. Kathy Tuberville, Associate Professor of Teaching at the University of Memphis and Faculty Director of the Fogelman Women in Leadership Programs, has a diverse career background in both higher education and business leadership roles. She has worked with numerous organizations to build recruiting programs that yield high impact talent development programs. She recently served as the 2024 TN SHRM Conference Chair and is now the TN SHRM Workforce Readiness Director and Faculty Advisor for the U of M SHRM Student Chapter.
