Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Conference Attendance Cancellation Form by Friday, August 14, 2026, to be eligible for a refund. A 15% administrative recovery fee will be deducted from all refunds.
After this deadline, no refunds will be issued as event commitments will already be finalized.
If you can no longer attend after the deadline, we encourage you to submit a replacement attendee instead (see below).
Replacement Attendees
Attendee replacements may be made any time prior to the event. All requests must be submitted through the Conference Attendance Replacement Form to ensure accurate registration and name badge records.

STUDENT CONFERENCE TICKET (FULL-TIME STUDENTS ONLY*)*To be eligible for the discounted student conference rate, registrants must be a full-time student taking 12 or more undergraduate credit hours or 6 or more hours for post-graduate studies at the time of registration. Proof of enrollment verification from your university or college IS REQUIRED. The school's name will be printed on the conference badge in place of the company name.
