Registration & Payment: Online registration is now closed (except Additional Booth Staff). For late registrations, email [email protected]. Via MasterCard, VISA & American Express only.
Cancellation policy: All cancellation requests for a refund must be submitted online by Friday, August 15, 2025, which is 22 days prior to the conference. A 15% administrative recovery fee will be deducted from all refunds. After this deadline, no refunds can be issued as we are fully committed, and so are you!
Replacement Attendees: The deadline to replace an existing ticketed conference attendee is Friday, September 5, 2025.
Dietary Restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to note them on your registration!

Proof of enrollment verification from your university or college IS REQUIRED. The school's name will be printed on the conference badge in place of the company name.
