TN SHRM Cancellation Policy: Attendee cancellations with request for refund must be emailed to Shannan Duggin at [email protected] no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference date. An approximate 6% cost recovery fee will be retained on all refunds. After the two week cutoff date, we are committed and so are you! Only substitutions can be accepted after the two week deadline up until 3 days prior to the conference. All registrations must be paid in full by Wednesday, August 11th or they will be cancelled.
