Conference Exhibitor or Sponsor Cancellation

This form is ONLY for Sponsors and Exhibitors to request cancellations.

Sponsor and Exhibitor cancellations with a request for a refund must be submitted online using this form no later than Friday, July 7, 2026. A 15% administrative recovery fee will be retained on all refunds. After July 7, 2026, we're committed and so are you. Refunds for fees paid to third parties, such as convention centers or hospitality services, will be subject to the vendor's refund policy.

For Attendee Cancellations: Use the Attendee Cancellation form - Friday, August 14, 2026
For Replacement Attendees: Attendee replacements may be made any time prior to the event. All requests must be submitted through the Conference Attendance Replacement Form to ensure accurate registration and name badge records.
