Cancellations must be submitted no later than Friday, August 14, 2026, and are subject to a 15% administrative recovery fee. Be sure to complete the fields below using the information shown on your order confirmation email. Incomplete information will result in ticket not being cancelled. 

Refund Method

Refunds are typically issued to the original card used for purchase. For transactions older than 90 days, a check refund may be required. If so, we’ll contact you at the email address provided.
