BOOth STAFF REGISTRATIONS

 

WHAT BOOth STAFF REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE

Your booth purchase includes the following Booth Staff registrations, based on booth size and location:

  • 10 x 10 Inline Booth: 2 booth staff registrations

  • 10 x 10 Corner Booth: 3 booth staff registrations

  • 10 x 20 Inline Booth: 4 booth staff registrations

  • 10 x 20 Endcap Booth*: 5 booth staff registrations

  • 20 x 20 Endcap Booth*: 6 booth staff registrations

*Reserved for Gold level and above sponsors

Each Booth Staff registration includes:

  • All meals and breaks during the Expo on Monday

  • Breakfast on Tuesday morning.

After your booth purchase, you will be contacted to provide the names and contact for of your Booth Staff so they can be added to the Whova conference app.

If you need additional Booth Staff beyond what is included with your booth, additional tickets may be purchased separately here.

The following are not included with a booth purchase:

  • Access to educational sessions, general sessions, or Tuesday Awards Luncheon is not included.

  • Electricity and wired internet

    • These services are available for purchase separately

    • Ordering information will be provided closer to the event 

  • Booth Staff registrations beyond the number included with your booth type

 

Additional Booth Staff is $345 per worker. Includes Marketplace Reception on Monday evening as well as meals and breaks during the expo (Monday and breakfast on Tuesday morning).

IMPORTANT NOTES

Unique Email Required for Booth Staff

When reserving tickets for more than one Booth Staff member, each individual must be registered with a unique email address. This is required for access and check-in through the Whova conference app at the conference.

Timing for Booth Staff Information

The conference takes place in September. We will begin reaching out to exhibitors in early August to collect Booth Staff names and contact information for app setup and on-site access.

Additional Exhibitor Information

In advance of the conference, exhibitors will receive a comprehensive Exhibitor Information Packet that will re-share the details outlined above, along with additional logistics, including:

  • Expo load-in and load-out schedules

  • The conference mailing address for shipping booth materials

  • Contact information for the on-site services provider, including ordering electricity and wired internet

  • On-site policies and exhibitor guidelines

This information will be distributed closer to the event to ensure accuracy and relevance.
