After your booth purchase, you will be contacted to provide the names and contact for of your Booth Staff so they can be added to the Whova conference app. If you need additional Booth Staff beyond what is included with your booth, additional tickets may be purchased separately here. |

Additional Booth Staff is $345 per worker. Includes Marketplace Reception on Monday evening as well as meals and breaks during the expo (Monday and breakfast on Tuesday morning). |
IMPORTANT NOTES
Unique Email Required for Booth Staff
When reserving tickets for more than one Booth Staff member, each individual must be registered with a unique email address. This is required for access and check-in through the Whova conference app at the conference.
Timing for Booth Staff Information
The conference takes place in September. We will begin reaching out to exhibitors in early August to collect Booth Staff names and contact information for app setup and on-site access.
Additional Exhibitor Information
In advance of the conference, exhibitors will receive a comprehensive Exhibitor Information Packet that will re-share the details outlined above, along with additional logistics, including:

The conference mailing address for shipping booth materials

Contact information for the on-site services provider, including ordering electricity and wired internet
